REGISTRATION TYPES
Academia Full-Time College or University Faculty.
Owner (Government or Private) Owners decide what gets built, when it gets built and how. Examples include state, local and Federal governments, as well as private facility owners and real estate developers.
Practitioner Individuals employed by industry firms (e.g., AE/EA firms, general or specialty contractors, manufacturers/suppliers, professional firms, etc.
Full-Time Student Individuals who study full-time at an accredited college or university

EVENT CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
You may cancel you participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.

  • If you cancel before January 14, 2025, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $150 administrative fee. 
  • Cancellations received between January 14 - February 14 will be refunded the registration fee less a $175 administrative fee.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received on/after February 15, 2025.


SUBSTITUTIONS
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. Please download the substitution form and submit to conferences@dbia.org.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION:
The 2025 Design-Build for Water/Wastewater Conference provides several opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education hours (CEHs). Practitioners and Owners can earn up to 12 CEHs by attending the full conference.
