How do I register?

Will there be a virtual option for this conference?
All DBIA National conferences are in-person only.
How much does it cost to register?
Pricing varies, please check out our registration rates for specific pricing. We offer special discount pricing for DBIA Members, UBE firms, Young Professionals, etc.
What's included in the registration fee?
- Full Conference Registration - Access to sessions, keynotes, general sessions, networking receptions, and exhibit hall.
- Expo Hall Registration - Access to the exhibit hall ONLY. Does not include access to tracks, keynotes or general sessions.
Yes, we provide meals during the conference that are included in your conference fee. Please check our real-time Schedule at a Glance for included meal dates/times.
Do you offer one-day registration passes?
Yes, we offer single day passes ONSITE ONLY. Prices can range from $200-$600 depending on the day of registration, DBIA member status, and registration type.
How can I get an invoice for my registration?
Complete the .PDF registration form and email to conferences@dbia.org to request an invoice.
Are there group registration discounts available if we have more than one person attending?
Yes, we have group registration discounts for 10 or more attendees. Please click HERE for more information on how to register your group.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registered attendees may request a substitution. The applicable member or non-member rate will apply, and any fee difference must be paid in full at the time of the request.
How many continuing education hours do I receive?
2026 Design-Build for Water/Wastewater Conference attendees can earn up to 12.75 continuing education hours. Additional CEHs can be earned by attending the pre-conference session. Attendees will receive their CEH certificate approximately two weeks after the conference via email from the Conferences Department.
Will sessions be recorded and available afterwards?
Most General Sessions and concurrent sessions will be audio recorded and available fof purchase approximately four weeks after the conference.
Is the hotel accommodation included in the registration fee?
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. DBIA hotel block is available for attendees by clicking HERE to reserve your room today!
How do I cancel my registration?
You may cancel your participation at anytime, but please be aware of the event cancellation policy below. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the Conference Department at conferences@dbia.org.
- If you cancel before February 12, 2026, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $125 administrative processing fee.
- Cancellations received between February 12 - March 13, will be refunded the registration fee less a $175 administrative processing fee.
- No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or for cancellations received on or after March 14, 2026.
- As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions are welcomed. The appropriate member or non-member fee will apply to the substitution and any rate difference must be paid in full (including balance due) at the time of request. Badge sharing and splitting is prohibited. Please click here to download the substitution form and submit completed form to conferences@dbia.org.
Can I register for the conference onsite?
Yes, onsite registration is available at the DBIA Registration Desk located at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. Onsite registration rates will apply.
