Exhibit Hall Hours

Monday, April 13
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM CT: Exhibitor Move-In
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM CT: Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Tuesday, April 14
The Exhibit Hall is open throughout the event on Tuesday starting at 11:30 AM CT but the booth does not need to be staffed during non-dedicated Exhibit Hall hours. Please store, or take with you, anything of value if staff will not be at your booth for any period of time.

11:30 AM - 6:15 PM CT: Exhibit Hall Open
11:45 AM - 1:45 AM CT: Lunch with Exhibitors (dedicated exhibit hall hours)
4:15 PM - 6:15 PM CT: Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall (dedicated exhibit hall hours)
6:15 PM - 10:00 PM CT: Exhibit Move-Out

* Proper "Exhibitor" badges are REQUIRED in order to enter the exhibit hall during Move-In and Move-Out. Please be sure to check in at Registration prior to entering the hall.
