When Should You Arrive?
If you intend to participate in the pre-conference course (which requires an optional/additional fee), Leadership Academy: Building a Strong Foundation, scheduled for Sunday, April 12th at 8am, it is recommended that you arrive as early as Saturday, April 11th.

Arrive by Sunday, April 12th if you are only attending the Water/Wastewater Conference.

When Should You Depart?
The excitement goes right up until the end so don't be in a rush to leave! Our Joint Water/Wastewater & Transportation Lunch and General Session ends at 1:30 pm, on Wednesday, April 15th.

Getting There:
The Grapevine, TX area offers two airport options:
• DFW – Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (closet airport) -
Distance from property: approximately 6 miles 
• DAL – Dallas Love Field Airport -
Distance from property: approximately 20 miles
 
Parking:                                                                               
Self-parking - $25.11/day (includes tax)
Valet parking - $53.04/day (includes tax)
Parking payment can be made during the time of booking hotel reservation.

Airport Transportation Options:
Airport transfers/shuttles can be arranged through Gaylord's Transportation Dept. (877) 778-2400 if desired. Rideshare and taxi are also available onsite at both DFW and Love Field. Once on property, Private Services and Limousine/Van services are also available.
