EVENT CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND NO-SHOW POLICY You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.
SUBSTITUTIONS As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION The 2026 Design-Build for Water/Wastewater Conference provides several opportunities for attendees to earn continuing education hours (CEHs). Practitioners and Owners can earn up to 12.75 CEHs by attending the full conference.
