Take advantage of the following online features designed to assist you in preparing for your session(s).
- Submit your DBIA Speaker Agreement and Guidelines Form to the "Speaker Letter of Agreement" tab in the SSC by January 9th, 2026
- Submit your AIA Speaker Agreement Form to the "AIA Speaker Agreement" tab in the SSC by January 9th, 2026
- Update your Contact information, headshot, and speaker biography via the "Speaker Profile" tab in the SSC by January 9th, 2026
- Submit your draft presentation to the "Presentation Upload" tab in the SSC by February 13, 2026
- Register for the conference via the "Speaker Registration" tab in the SSC by March 13, 2026
- Submit your final presentation to the "Presentation Upload" tab in the SSC March 30, 2026

January 9, 2026 Accept and sign DBIA Speaker Agreement and Guidelines Form in the SSC
January 9, 2026 Accept and sign AIA Speaker Agreement Form in the SSC
January 9, 2026 Submit bio and headshot via the Speaker Service Center
February 13, 2026 Draft presentation due in the Speaker Service Center
February 27, 2026 Presentations reviewed and feedback (if any) to presenters
March 13, 2026 Register for the conference in the Speaker Service Center
March 30, 2026 Final presentations due in the Speaker Service Center*
*(DBIA will withdraw session presenters from the program if we do not receive final presentations by the March 30th deadline.)
Conference Dates: April 13th-April 15th, 2026. By accepting to present at this conference, your panelists commit to be available to speak IN-PERSON in Grapevine, TX during their designated session date/time time between April 13-15th.
